How It Works
Just call Klean-It! at (276) 644-4035 for an easy to understand estimate with no hidden charges. All estimates are based upon the home or office being in fair livable condition.
We will need to know:
Where your home or office is located.
The square footage of your home or office.
When you would like the cleaning to be done.
We will send thoroughly screened, fully insured and
bonded cleaning technicians with all the supplies and
equipment needed to clean your home or business. We
do ask that you pick up all clutter prior to our arrival.
Clutter includes anything that is in a disordered state such as clothing on the floor, trash, toys and dishes. This allows us to clean more efficiently and keep your cleaning costs low. If you have any surfaces that require special treatment, we do ask that you provide the specialized cleaning products.
In order to keep our costs to a minimum and provide our services at an affordable rate, we require pre-payment for our cleaning services. We request that your first payment to Klean-It! be made with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept cash, checks and money orders.
Our employees are bound to confidentiality by a signed agreement to be discreet about your personal possessions and the contents of your home or business. Our employees have been selected due to their verified honesty, integrity and competence.
Refund Policy
Klean-It! will make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied; however, Klean-It! will not refund any funds paid to us for cleaning services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the service.
